  Abysmal service from entitled clerk who believed that she had a say in how I conduct my business, who the pet was for and the eligibility of my choices. Talked herself out of a 300 dollar sale from a loving pet owner with decades of bird ownership experience. I urge people to find another place of business for their pet needs, preferably where presumptuous “sales” people don’t attempt to dictate the conditions of a purchase. Never getting my or my family’s business again and hope that someone has the foresight to train their staff to not make assumptions regarding prospective clients in the future. PS: It all worked out in the end however. I found a pet store who was more than willing to service my requirements and another birdcage of the exact same model as the one on the Petbarn floor for half the price online. But I expect that price gauging is the least of the concerns for the owners of this awful establishment.

  Staff are lovely and always ready to help or offer advice. Great range of products for every type of animal. Affordable. Really just a great place to visit with or without your little furry friend.
